Circa Information is just completing development of a new software offering -
IT Service Management
Intended for IT departments with ten to a hundred staff members, the documentation and software will walk you through implementation, beginning with process development and deployment and helping to set up ticketing and database software to track and report on all of your activities.
The software has been developed specifically to align with the Office of Governement Commerce's ITIL® Version 3, just release last year.
