System change advise
A letter to send to clients in advance of a major system change. This document is intended for Web publication so that is can be updated easily as required. An HTTP link can be emailed to all affected clients rather than the whole document. This reduces email server load as well as ensuring that everyone has access to only the most up to date information at all times.
Software change instructions
Step by step changes for use by clients in implementing a software change on their own
workstation. This document is intended to be emailed to clients. This allows instructions
to be sent to the appropriate individuals at the correct time. Only clients who require
printed instructions will actually print the document, thus saving time and money.
